Our prime ingredient: innovation

CONDIO develops and produces innovative stabilizers for the food industry. We are a family business based in Europe and run by the second generation. Since 1996 we are a reliable global player. More than 170 employees combine experience and innovation to ensure stability and performance for the future.

We work fast and flexible thanks to a flat and transparent organizational structure. CONDIO provides tailor-made solutions according to each individual client’s requirements and technological capability. With our long-term experience and expertise, we assist our customers from the first concept through development up to production.

Hydrocolloids are indispensable food additives that are responsible for the consistency. The dried extracts of Guar, LBG and Tara seeds as well as starches and pectins, for example, are used as gelling and thickening agents in different food products to improve consistency and mouthfeel.

Due to different natural origins, the raw materials’ specific processing requirements and their respective properties, hydrocolloids need to be carefully selected and pass through a detailed lab analysis and various technological tests.

Your ideas become reality in our cutting-edge pilot plant. In our new production facility in Werder, Germany, we ensure that our stabilizers are produced only at one level of quality: the highest possible. Convince yourself: You can see, feel and taste our innovative creations.

Condio offers the full range of compounds and ingredients for various dairy applications. Our pilot plant is equipped with several machines specialized in the dairy area, such as plate and scrape heat exchangers including UHT technology, fermentation rooms, aerators and homogenizers.
